Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern your use of doverity.com and the hosted Doverity service.

Last revised: September 4, 2026

1. About these terms

Doverity is built and operated by Ornate Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. Our registered office is C-202, IT Park Tower 8, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai 400614, India. In these terms, "Doverity", "we", "us", and "our" mean Ornate Software Solutions Pvt Ltd.

These terms cover two things:

  • The Site — the website at https://doverity.com, including our marketing pages, docs, and guides.
  • The service — the hosted SEO platform available at app.doverity.com.

By creating an account or using the Site or the service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Doverity.

Some parts of the service may come with extra terms, which we will show you before you use them. Those extra terms form part of these terms.

Doverity is also published as a self-hosted, open-source project. That project is released under the MIT License and is governed by that license, not by these terms.

2. Accounts

Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone has used your account without permission, tell us straight away at support@doverity.com.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts in the situations described in section 9.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

The full set of hosted Doverity features requires a paid plan. Charges are billed in advance and processed by Razorpay, our payment provider. The base plan costs ₹899 per month for customers in India and $10 per month everywhere else.

Your plan includes a monthly allowance of metered usage credits. Searches, audits, and AI-assisted requests draw down that allowance as you use them. Usage beyond the included allowance draws on credits you have purchased. Credits are a usage balance inside the service — they are not money held for you, and unused credits are not cash-refundable.

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the unused part of a billing period.

Refunds in any other case are at Doverity's reasonable discretion, and we will always make them where applicable Indian law requires it. Email support@doverity.com to request one. If you raise a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, it is handled through Razorpay's dispute process, not through us directly.

We may change our prices. Any change takes effect from your next billing cycle, and we will notify you before it does.

4. Acceptable use

Use Doverity lawfully, and do not spoil it for everyone else. In particular, do not:

  • upload, publish, or send content that is unlawful, infringes anyone's rights, or is harmful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or obscene;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through the service;
  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site, or copy our data to resell it;
  • automate account creation, run scripts against accounts, or maintain multiple accounts to get around usage limits;
  • interfere with the service, probe or test its security without written permission, or try to reach data that is not yours;
  • use the service to build a competing SEO data product.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these rules. We may report unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.

Public search engines may crawl the public pages of doverity.com to build a publicly available search index, subject to our robots.txt.

5. Your content

Your data belongs to you. That includes the sites you add, the keywords you save, the projects you set up, your notes and reports, and anything you upload or connect to Doverity.

You give us a limited license to store, process, and display your content so that the service can work for you — for example, to run an audit you asked for, to show your rank history, or to render a report back to you. We use your content to operate and improve the service and for nothing else. We do not sell it.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for the third-party accounts you connect. Make sure you have the right to use them.

We do not back up your content. Export anything you want to keep using the export tools in the app.

6. Third-party services

Doverity relies on services run by other companies:

  • Google Search Console and Google Analytics. These integrations are read-only. Your use of Google's products is governed by Google's own terms and Privacy Policy.
  • DataForSEO. Our keyword, backlink, and rank-tracking data is supplied by DataForSEO.
  • AI models via OpenRouter. AI features are delivered through models provided over OpenRouter. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong — verify anything important before you act on it.
  • Cloudflare. Our infrastructure and content delivery run on Cloudflare.

Payments are handled by Razorpay, as set out in section 3. We are not responsible for these third parties, and their own terms apply when you use them.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

Doverity, the Site, and everything on them — the name, logo, design, code, and copy — belong to Ornate Software Solutions Pvt Ltd or its suppliers, except for content you own under section 5. You get a limited right to use the service as these terms describe. Nothing else transfers to you, and you may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer it.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or bug reports, we may use them freely, without payment or credit. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Doverity is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties we can lawfully disclaim, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We make no guarantee of SEO outcomes. We cannot promise rankings, traffic, impressions, or citations in AI-generated answers. Search engines and AI systems are outside our control, and our data comes from third-party sources that may contain errors. Treat Doverity as one input among several, and make your own judgment before you spend money on the strength of it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business. Where the law does not allow these limits, they apply only as far as that law permits.

9. Termination and suspension

You can stop using Doverity at any time by deleting your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if payment is not made when due, or where we are legally required to do so. We may also suspend access temporarily to protect the service or other users. Where it is practical and lawful, we will tell you what happened and why.

When your account ends, your access stops. If you want a copy of your project data, email support@doverity.com within 30 days of termination and we will make a reasonable export available, unless the law or the reason for termination prevents it.

Sections 5, 7, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute connected with these terms or the service.

Please come to us first. Email support@doverity.com and describe the problem, and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it directly. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that mandatory consumer law gives you and that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Changes to these terms

We keep the current version on this page and update the revision date at the top whenever it changes. For material changes, we will flag them on the Site and may also email you.

The updated terms apply from the effective date shown on the page. Continuing to use the Site or the service after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, cancel your subscription and stop using the service.
